These <br /> measures include, but are not limited to, conducting education, awareness, and other appropriate <br /> programs for their employees about the importance of wearing seat belts and the consequences of <br /> not wearing them. <br /> T. Prohibition on Text Messaping and Using Electronic E_� eipment Supplied by the <br /> Government while Driving. This executive order introduces a Federal Government -wide <br /> prohibition on the use of text messaging while driving on official business or while using <br /> Government- supplied equipment, driving company -owned or rented vehicles or GOV, or while <br /> driving POV when on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf <br /> of the Government. <br /> XIII. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> A. Order of Precedence.
