And, I have yet to get word you've confirmed my cancellation request. Am I <br />not doing something correctly? <br />You may expect me to not make payment on this modem beginning with the bill date of October 13. I <br />would appreciate an email back from you after the modem has been cancelled. <br />If you cannot assist me, please direct my request upward.
