Today I visited Golden Gardens to change the combination on the Clear Lake gate. I encountered another person <br />training a dog out in the north west field of the park. After I changed the combination, I drove over to the vehicle and <br />saw that it was one of the people I spoke with a couple weeks ago. I reminded her that I just spoke with her a couple <br />weeks ago and asked if she had received written permission to be here, both in the field training her dog and to be here <br />after the permit expired. She said that she did not have either and was aware that her permit expired on October 31. 1 <br />let her know that I was going to recommend that we do not renew her permit next year because she violated her permit <br />for a second time after being warned. <br />So, this email is to document my conversation with Nann Ruby and that I would like to recommend not renewing her <br />permit for next year. <br />Thank you, <br />John Clark <br />2 <br />
