Customers served under this schedule are responsible <br />or initial design, purchase and installation costs, and for <br />all operation and maintenance of their lighting facilities. <br />Additional Board Services Customers may apply for a contractual <br />agreement between the customer and the Board to provide for <br />design, installation, and operation and maintenance services. <br />Charges to the customer for such services shall be based upon <br />actual cost of materials, labor, and equipment, plus appropriate <br />overhead and administrative costs. <br />Restriction.
