containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or had the seal broken or the <br />contents partially removed in the following parks and open spaces: <br />1. Alton Baker Park; <br />2. Lamb Cottage; <br />3. Owen Memorial Rose Garden; and <br />4. Westmoreland Park. <br />(d) If a park or open space is not identified in subsection (b) above, <br />alcoholic liquor may be possessed and consumed within the park and open space. <br />However, within such park and open space no person may consume alcoholic <br />liquor or possess a receptacle containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or <br />had the seal broken or the contents partially removed within 25 feet of the <br />following: <br />1. <br />Children's playground areas; <br />2. <br />Athletic fields; <br />3. <br />Wading pools; <br />4. <br />Tennis courts; <br />5. <br />Parking lots; <br />6. <br />Skateboard facilities; <br />7. <br />Rest rooms; and, <br />8. <br />Sheltered picnic areas, unless explicitly authorized by the <br />City in writing <br />in conjunction with the rental of a sheltered picnic area; <br />(e) No person may consume alcoholic liquor or possess a receptacle <br />containing alcoholic liquor that has been opened or had the seal broken or the <br />contents partially removed within the following facilities or within 200 feet of the <br />following facilities, unless explicitly permitted by the facility supervisor or the <br />person in charge of the facility (indicated in parenthesis): <br />1. <br />Amazon Community Center; <br />2. <br />Amazon Pool; <br />3. <br />Celeste Campbell Senior Center; <br />4. <br />Cuthbert Amphitheater; <br />5. <br />Echo Hollow Pool; <br />6. <br />Hilyard Community Center; <br />7. <br />Petersen Park Barn; <br />8. <br />Sheldon Community Center; <br />9. <br />Sheldon Pool; <br />10. <br />River House; <br />11. <br />Washington Park Center; <br />12. <br />Laurelwood Golf Course, Pro -Shop, Upstairs rental space <br />(Golf course <br />operator); <br />13. <br />Shelton McMurphy Johnson House (Non- profit group); <br />14. <br />Trude Kaufman Senior Center (Non - profit group); <br />Administrative Order — Page 12 of 18 <br />
