Lloyd just received the preliminary title report from the title and escrow company. Craig is to be <br />completing some preliminary haz -mat review, recognizing we pretty much own everything around it. It seems <br />everyone was supportive of the purchase for numerous reasons, but I believe Kurt raised the question of verifying <br />we had funding available for the acquisition. If we are funded, could you confirm and perhaps provide the account <br />number you want to use so we can get a check ordered this week to be available for next Thursday, 9/15 for <br />closing - unless the prelim or Craig's findings suggest we need to defer closing?
