A memo from me to you that describes how the City of Eugene is under - budget with the <br />scope of work outlined in our grant proposal. The memo then describes how we would like to <br />implement additional work, consistent with our grant proposal, to increase the success and <br />ecological benefits of the project, all within the existing budget. <br />2.
