They don't have a problem with you shifting <br />$10,000 from Contracted Service to In -House Personnel, so long as you are performing legitimate functions for that <br />budget category. <br />Managing contracts and writing specs are Fiscal Admininstration duties, not In -House Personnel. So you have two <br />options: <br />1. Tighten up the language for in -house personnel so that you are making it clear the $10,000 is to be used for site <br />inspections, crew leader, project foreman, technical assistance, and the like. Or <br />2. Add anew budget category of Fiscal Admin. that shifts some or all of the $10,000 to the new category. <br />If you go only with #1, I will need a return email from you clarifying how the $10k will be spent on in house personnel, <br />and making it clear that none of the funds will go to fiscal or grant management. <br />If you go with #2 only, or a combination of #I and #2, I will need a new budget amendment form showing the new line <br />item of Fiscal Admin. <br />
