ARTICLE 18 <br />DEFINITIONS <br />. <br />D <br />18.1 <br /> Capitalized terms used in these Regulations which are not proper nouns <br />EFINITIONS <br />or not otherwise defined for specific purposes shall have the meanings set forth below. <br />AA <br /> means a written document issued by the city to add, modify or <br />DDENDUM OR DDENDA <br />delete a provision of a Solicitation Document. <br />ACA <br /> means a governmental body in this state or in <br />DMINISTERING ONTRACTING GENCY <br />another jurisdiction that solicits and establishes the original contract for the procurement of <br />goods, services or public improvements in a cooperative procurement. <br />B <br />means a binding, sealed, written Offer to provide Goods, Services or Public <br />ID <br />Improvements for a specified price or prices. <br />BCRB <br /> means the city council. <br />OARD OR ONTRACT EVIEW OARD <br />BD <br />means a day on which the offices of the city are open to the public for <br />USINESS AY <br />routine municipal purposes. <br />C <br /> means, with respect to a Solicitation, the date and time after which Bids, <br />LOSING <br />Proposals, statements of qualifications or other Solicitation responses will not be received. <br />The Closing date and time must be specified in the Solicitation Documents. <br />CA <br /> means a contract that authorizes and requires a private entity or <br />ONCESSION GREEMENT <br />individual to promote or sell, for its own business purposes, specified types of Goods or <br />Services from real property owned or managed by the city, and under which the <br />concessionaire makes payments to the city based, at least in part, on the concessionaire’s <br />revenues or sales. The term “Concession Agreement” does not include a mere rental <br />agreement, license or lease for the use of premises. <br />CP <br /> means the total amount paid or to be paid under a contract, including <br />ONTRACT RICE <br />any approved alternates, and any fully executed change orders or amendments. <br />CRBB <br /> means the city council. <br />ONTRACT EVIEW OARD OROARD <br />DAS <br /> means the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. <br />D <br /> means declaration by the Purchasing Agent under Article 5 that prohibits a <br />EBARMENT <br />potential contractor from competing for the city’s Public Contracts for a prescribed period of <br />time. <br />Article 18 DefinitionsPage 93 <br />Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 44-08-06-F <br /> <br />
