The City shall include in the determination the total contract price <br />and the amount the City intends to expend on the inclusion of solar energy technology in <br />the public building, utilizing the form developed by the State Department of Energy. This <br />provision applies to the reconstruction or major renovation of a public building if the cost <br />of the reconstruction or major renovation exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the value of the <br />public building.
