Revenue may require. The city may not award a Public Improvement contract or a <br />Public Works contract to a non-Resident Bidder that is an educational service district. <br />11.7 .4 DA. <br /> Following award, a record showing the basis for <br />OCUMENTATION OF WARD <br />determining the successful bidder shall be made a part of the file, including the <br />completed Bid tabulation sheet and written justification for any rejection of lower <br />bidders or higher scored proposers. <br />11.7 .5 AAD. <br /> Tabulations of awarded Bids may be <br />VAILABILITY OF WARD ECISIONS <br />obtained from the Solicitation Agent in Person or upon written request specifying the <br />Bid number or project name. Tabulations will be made available by facsimile or <br />other means, at the option of the Solicitation Agent, upon request. <br />11.7 .6 AMC. <br /> Based on competitive bids, the City may award <br />WARD OF ULTIPLEONTRACTS <br />a public improvement contract or may award multiple public improvement contracts <br />when specified in the invitation to bid. <br />CS. <br />11.8 <br />ANCELLATION OF OLICITATION <br />11.8 .1 CPI. <br /> A Solicitation may be cancelled, wholly <br />ANCELLATION IN THE UBLIC NTEREST <br />or in part, when it is determined by the Solicitation Agent to be in the public interest <br />to do so. The reasons for cancellation shall be documented and made part of the Bid <br />file. Cancellation may be made at any time prior to the city’s execution of the contract. <br />11.8 .2 CWBPE. <br /> The Solicitation will be cancelled if <br />ANCELLATION HEN IDERIOD XPIRES <br />the time for consideration of Bids has expired without a Bid award, unless an <br />extension of time has been mutually agreed upon in writing between the city and one <br />or more bidders including the apparent low bidder. <br />11.8 .3 NC. <br /> When an invitation to Bid is cancelled prior to Bid <br />OTICE OF ANCELLATION <br />opening, a written notice of cancellation shall be sent to all holders of Bid <br />Documents. All Bids received shall be returned to bidders unopened. When a <br />Solicitation is canceled after the Bids are opened but prior to award, the notice shall <br />be sent to all Responsive bidders. After the notice of intent to award is given, notice <br />is required to be given only to the successful bidder. <br />11.8 .4 RB. <br /> In the event that a Solicitation is cancelled after Bids are <br />ETENTION OF IDS <br />opened, all Bids received shall become part of the Bid file and the Bid bonds, if any, <br />shall be returned. <br />11.8 .5 CA. <br /> The Solicitation Agent may cancel any award prior to <br />ANCELLATION OF WARD <br />execution of the Contract if the Solicitation Agent determines that cancellation or <br />delay of the Contract project or Procurement is in the best interest of the city. <br />Article 11 Invitations to Bid Page 55 <br />Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 44-08-06-F <br /> <br />
