The city is not required to determine the accuracy or the completeness of <br />the subcontractor disclosure. <br />11.4 .5 PR. <br /> The subcontractor disclosures are public records and must be <br />UBLICECORDS <br />made available for public inspection. <br />R,ORB <br />11. 5. <br />ECEIPTPENING AND ECORDING OF IDS <br />11.5 .1 R. <br /> Upon receipt by the city, each Bid and modification shall be time stamped <br />ECEIPT <br />or marked by hand, not opened, and stored in a secure place until Bid opening. If <br />Bids or modifications are opened inadvertently or are opened prior to the time and <br />date set for Bid opening, the Bids shall be resealed and stored for opening at the <br />correct time. When this occurs, documentation of this procedure shall be placed in <br />the Bid file. <br />11.5 .2 OR. <br /> Bids and modifications shall be opened publicly, <br />PENING AND ECORDING <br />immediately after the deadline for the submission of Bids and in the place designated <br />by the Bid Documents. The Solicitation Agent, or designee shall determine and <br />declare the precise time of day for purposes of establishing the Bid submittal deadline <br />and the Bid opening, open each timely received Bid, read aloud the Bid prices, and <br />record each bidder’s name, Bid prices, resident status, Bid security presented, <br />alternate or optional Bid prices, trade-in allowances, delivery terms and other <br />information deemed essential by the Solicitation Agent, on a Bid tabulation sheet. <br />11.5 .3A. <br /> The opened Bids shall be available for public inspection subject to <br />VAILABILITY <br />the need of the city to evaluate such Bids prior to Notice of Intent to Award, except to <br />the extent the bidder designates trade secrets or other proprietary data to be <br />confidential. City legal counsel shall verify and determine that the confidential <br />information claimed to be exempt is in fact exempt from disclosure under the Oregon <br />Article 11 Invitations to Bid Page 51 <br />Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 44-08-06-F <br /> <br />
