The city is not required to determine the accuracy or the completeness of <br />the subcontractor disclosure. <br />11.4 .5 PR. <br /> The subcontractor disclosures are public records and must be <br />UBLICECORDS <br />made available for public inspection. <br />R,ORB <br />11. 5. <br />ECEIPTPENING AND ECORDING OF IDS <br />11.5 .1 R. <br /> Upon receipt by the city, each Bid and modification shall be time stamped <br />ECEIPT <br />or marked by hand, not opened, and stored in a secure place until Bid opening. If <br />Bids or modifications are opened inadvertently or are opened prior to the time and <br />date set for Bid opening, the Bids shall be resealed and stored for opening at the <br />correct time. When this occurs, documentation of this procedure shall be placed in <br />the Bid file. <br />11.5 .2 OR. <br /> Bids and modifications shall be opened publicly, <br />PENING AND ECORDING <br />immediately after the deadline for the submission of Bids and in the place designated <br />by the Bid Documents.
