One lane open for southbound traffic; <br />rd <br />northbound traffic detoured at 33 Avenue to Hilyard Street. <br />th <br /> <br /> Late July – Reconstruct Willamette Street from Crest Drive to 40 Avenue using in-place <br />th <br />recycling. Northbound Willamette closed from at 46 Avenue (use Donald Street as a detour <br />thth <br /> <br /> Late August – Repave Willamette Street from 40 to 46 avenues with warm mix asphalt. <br />th <br />Northbound Willamette closed from 46 to Donald. <br /> <br /> Early September – Top lift paving, final lane striping and signal work.
