AGREEMENT <br />Section 1: Facility Descriptions <br />1.1 Athletic Fields. Artificial surface multi-use athletic fields ("artificial surface fields") <br />suitable for multiple sports constructed at Churchill High School, North Eugene High School, Sheldon <br />High School, South Eugene High School, Cal Young Middle School, and Madison Middle School, as well as <br />future fields to be constructed at Jefferson Middle School and Spencer Butte Middle School. <br />1.2 Youth Sports Parks. Youth Sports Parks constructed at Cal Young Middle School, <br />Churchill High School, and Sheldon High School include such features as upgraded natural surface fields, <br />and various Parks Premises which include accessible basketball courts, skateboard facilities, improved <br />tennis courts, picnic tables, play structures, accessible outdoor bathrooms, walks, plantings, fences, and <br />night-use low-glare lighting. <br />Section 2: length of Agreement. <br />2.1 Original Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of this <br />Agreement and continue for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of Substantial Completion for <br />each respective field or project, unless terminated as provided in section 12. City and District shall review Appendix B at least once <br />each year and this entire Agreement at least once every ten (10) years. City and District may modify <br />either or both documents, as applicable, as the parties mutually agree to be appropriate. <br />2.3 Renewal.
