COLVIN Terry R
From: Ken Vigil [kvlgil@vgil-agrimis.com]
Sent: Wednesday, February 16, 2011 1 46 PM
To: COLVIN Terry R
Cc: Elrik Schulz; Linda Mark
Subject: FW. Eugene Bank Stability Invoice
Terry,
Below is some backup documentation for our January invoice (see Eirik's notes to me in e-mail below). Next month we
will include this information in the actual invoice, as requested.
I have a few additional bullets to add to the ones that Eirik has itemized below (related to February work and upcoming
activities).
• We also completed follow-up fieldwork in early February, under lower river stage conditions where the
riverbanks were more visible.
• Downstream of the Owosso Bridge (River Rt.) near the large homes, the erosion areas continue to
change/worsen from previous visits.
• We observed the ongoing problems at the rose garden.
• We have scheduled a work session with City staff for March 2nd.
• We have seen some of the potential problems developing on the Riverbank at Skinner Butte Park that you
mentioned in our phone conversation today, but will be on the lookout for worsening and perform additional
reviews at this site during our next field day (scheduled for next week).
Please see below.
Ken
Kenneth M Vigil, PE, LEED® AP
President
VIGU,k< AGRIMIS
design professionals
819 SE Morrison Street, Suite 310
Portland, Oregon 97214
503-274-2010
503-274-2024 fax
kylgil@vigil-agrimis.com
www.vi d-agrimis.com
Engineering.
