Two copies of the addendum are enclosed. Please sig
and return one copy, retaining the other copy for your files. The University's
compensation to PARCS for use of the property and certain site amenities are
reflected by improvements which are highlighted within the addendum. It is my
understanding that all necessary and compensatory improvements have been
reviewed and tentatively approved by PARCS per the conditions stated in Doug Post
letter of March 21, 1990.
4 ..
We are preparing to begin work on improvements needed for the 1990 field season
and will continue to work closely with PARCS to assure acceptable design and
installation. Once again, we really appreciate the cooperation of Eugene Parks,
Recreation, and Cultural Service staff in securing and preparing a relocation site
for the University's horticultural fields.
Sincerely,
J.
