This project received federal funding. Even though the planting of street trees was <br />apparently not a part of the original project, BOLI requirements do apply. Our current planting contract does not cover this <br />situation. We can, however, make the adjustment but are unfamiliar with the process. What documents does our <br />contractor need to provide so that we can pay prevailing wage? Are there other administrative or legal requirements? Let <br />us know. Thank you. <br />
