Adjustments to the survey schedule may need to be made depending upon <br />weather conditions (the vegetation needs to show signs of active photosynthesis or growth). With the <br />survey schedule described above, the anticipated date for completion of thexeport is April 15, 2006. <br />Fees and expenses will be billed monthly according to the rates and terms outlined in the attached Terms <br />and Conditions. This proposal and the attached Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement <br />between the parties. This agreement may not be changed without the prior written consent of the parties. <br />There are no terms and conditions that are not expressed in the proposal. This proposal, its terms and . <br />conditions; may not be assigned without the prior written consent of the other party.
