Please move ahead with the mowing as described. I appreciate your willingness to <br />include the Martinson site in with the vegetation maintenance plans. Could some spraying (blackberry/teasel) be <br />including with the mowing actions? <br />In terms of billing information, you can send an invoice to: Victor Alvarado, ODOT Senior ROW Agent, 455 Airport <br />Road, Building A, Salem, OR 97301 -5397. Could you provide a cost estimate for the work that I can pass onto Victor to <br />ensure that there are sufficient funds? I believe that the account is adequately funded, but there are others using the <br />dollars. The estimate can be very rough as we would be more interested in a "not to exceed type of number ". <br />While investigating the funds we found that the IGA between ODOT and the City of Eugene (Misc.
