Her message below <br />explains how she came up with the $45,815 for the new total $60,725 for amendment #1 adding the $14,910. <br />I am still trying to figure out why the original routing form for the contract only had $14,910. This is very <br />confusing to try to reconstruct. Kris thought you might have the original contract but I assured her you had <br />checked. <br />Kris by any chance to do you have the base increase still in your sent folder by any chance? Based on the current contract, I extended the contract for 1 year <br />and added $14,910 (based on the hourly rate quoted last year). This amount would be in addition to the $14,910 in misc. <br />that was allowed to be billed this year, and the $45,815 for the routine maintenance of 11 motorcycles. <br />If this is not an appropriate amount to increase the contract by, please just let me know and!
