I processed amendment #2 <br />terminating 9/11/2008/ <br />On October 22, 2007, original contract was found in Tony Jobank's office in the middle of Carlos Davis' pile <br />that he left behind. Amendment #1 was signed by Scott Russell, on July 22, 2006 but the amendment was <br />never processed by Carlos before leaving May of 2007. <br />Keith and Kris agreed to file the amendment #1 which is signed by BMW as is with notes and to go ahead and <br />process amendment #2 which I have signed by both parties for September 11, 2007 throught June 11, 2008. <br />LOT with contract is mailed out 10/22/07. <br />
