We still do not have the original signatures or notaries to be able to record this document. It is important that it
be recorded so that it can be referenced in the future. Please update me as you get additional information. Thanks.
Kris
-----Original Message-----
From:
AANDERUD Kris L
Sent:
Tuesday, January 10, 2006 3:25 PM
To:
LEIDALL Kevin G
Cc:
HALLETT Jackie C
Subject:
List of Storm Drainage Maintenance Contracts
Kevin,
Thanks for the info share yesterday. I have updated all of the storm drainage maintenance agreements and listed you
as the contract manager. In doing so, it will be easier to track them together. As promised, attached is the list of the
current storm drainage maintenance agreements.
As I reviewed each of these, they all appear to be in order except for 2006-00401 with Amazon Meadows, LLC. We
still do not have a recorded document on this one. We are missing the original signatures and notaries to be able to
record. I have the updated Exhibits, which include the description of property. If you could update me on this one, that
would be great.
Also in reviewing the contracts further, we had talked about the City recording the agreements, but in the agreements
themselves, the recordation with Lane County is one of the responsibilities of the developer. If we record the
document, it seems to me that the very least we should do is recover the recording fees. Please let me know your
thoughts on this. These are just my suggestions.
Thanks for your direction and assistance. Kris
<< File: Kevin Leidall report.pdf
