Jeff has signed the agreement and it has been notarized. I also prepared the recording authorization form that <br />must accompany the agreement when they take it to the City Recorder's Office for authorization to record. I have also <br />prepared a draft contract routing form so that it will be ready upon return of the recorded agreement. <br />I have put the following documents in Jackie's box for your retrieval: 1) original documents to be recorded w/ authorization <br />form and 2) copies of documents for your records.
