Hagen Fire Road Access Contract <br />Contract 2005-00422 - Guistina Land & Timber <br />Hi Carlos, <br />I am sure you are familiar with this contract. I have finally received the 3 originals back from Guistina, as well as three <br />gate keys with a key permit. Daniel Plata signed the key permits and has taken the keys. We still need to have the <br />original contracts signed by the City. Since Keith is not here, would you please initial each of the three original documents <br />and then forward to Jeff for his signature. They can then be returned to me. <br />We have already made the $250 payment and provided Guistina with a copy of the City's insurance certificate, as required <br />by the contract. I will make a copy of the fully executed contract for Daniel, Keith and you after we have final signatures. <br />Thanks a million. Kris <br />
