Intergovernmental Agreement Page 2 <br />LTD/City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation <br />2. City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will coordinate to the extent possible with RideSource <br />staff to assist in reducing the number of trips that RideSource makes to and from the <br />Hilyard Community Center. <br />3. City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will keep track of the number of one-way trips provided <br />to eligible riders, mileage, and hours. Each month City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will <br />submit a report with these statistics and an invoice to the RideSource operator for the <br />number of eligible one-way rides provided during the month. <br />4. City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will promote the use of their transportation service for <br />RideSource eligible riders to get to and from Hilyard Community Center. <br />5. City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will record the actual cost of providing Adaptive <br />Recreation transportation services and provide this information to LTD for purposes of <br />evaluating and updating the per ride rate at least once each year. <br />LTD OBLIGATIONS <br />1. LTD shall ensure that the RideSource contractor agrees with and will facilitiate successful <br />implementation of this agreement. <br />2. LTD will ensure that City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will be paid $6.60 per one-way trip <br />provided to RideSource eligible riders who meet the criteria set forth in this agreement. <br />3. LTD will facilitate the collaboration between RideSource and City of Eugene Adapative <br />Recreation personnel in the sharing of information to be used solely for the purpose of <br />providing transportation services. <br />CONTACTS <br />Each party designates the following person as its representative for the purpose of administering <br />the contract: <br />Lane Transit District <br />Attn: Terry Parker <br />P.O.
