Box 7070 <br />_ Llll VAMr% COMMUNITY "ITCR <br />L T l1 ~~-1-C <br />Eugene, OR 97401-0470 <br />This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) sets forth the general terms <br />of an agreement between the City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation," and <br />Lane Transit District, hereinafter referred to as "LTD." <br />WHEREAS, City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation and LTD have <br />agreed to work cooperatively on the provision of transportation <br />services to and from Hilyard Community Center for area residents <br />who are eligible to use LTD's RideSource service; and <br />WHEREAS, City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation and LTD will enter <br />into a lease agreement for the use of one LTD owned accessible <br />vehicle at a cost of $50 per year; and <br />WHEREAS, City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation and LTD have <br />agreed that the City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation Program will be <br />reimbursed on a per ride basis for agreed upon costs incurred in <br />providing transportation associated with activities arranged and/or <br />sponsored by the Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />TERMS OF AGREEMENT <br />1. The City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation will receive a per ride <br />reimbursement of $6.50 for each one-way RideSource eligible <br />ride, based on a monthly report and invoice to be submitted to <br />and paid by LTD's RideSource contractor, Special Mobility <br />Services, Inc. <br />2. ,,The City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation and LTD may choose to <br />review and evaluate the one-way per ride reimbursement rate on <br />an annual basis at the initiation of either party. <br />3. The agreement term shall be April 1, 2005, through June 30, <br />2010. <br />CITY OF EUGENE ADAPTIVE RECREATION OBLIGATIONS <br />1.
