Clean all glazing and mullions on shelters, exclusive of sky lights <br />and graphics boxes, three tirres per week. <br />Clean benches and leaning rails three times per week. <br />Remove graffiti on,concrete columns, as needed.: <br />Replace fluorescent light tubes, as needed. <br />Power wash all vertical concrete surfaces up-to two times per year. <br />I <br />Restain benches once a year. <br />Clean gutters.no Tess than two times per year. <br />6. LTD will schedule maintenance so as to not disrupt public or employee use <br />the facility. <br />-7. All chemicals used on the site are to be applied according to manufacturer <br />directions and.in a way which poses no threat to the public, the landscapi <br />or other site amenities. <br />8. LTD will designate one staff person to be responsible for overseeing and <br />coordinating its maintenance program on the project, area. <br />9. LTD may subcontract` the-maintenance of the Eugene Mall Transit Station. <br />10. LTD shall have the right to use the improved Central Transfer Facility <br />indefinitely, or until such time as the City and LTD jointly, agree to <br />move the location of-the station. <br />11. City will not add or,delete improvements from the original construction <br />project, and will not alter specifications contained therein, without the <br />prior approval of LTD.` <br />12.
