Aff <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Agreement Concerning Ownership and Maintenance of Central Transfer Facility fo <br />Lane Transit Bus Service <br />LTD and City agree that: <br />1. The shelters and information kiosks remain the property of LTD and LTD <br />assumes responsibility for their maintenance. <br />2. Jointly funded elements of the project (sidewalks, lighting) are the proper <br />of the City. <br />3. LTD will not add or delete improvements from the original construction <br />project and will not alter specifications contained therein, without the <br />prior approval of City. <br />4. LTD will coordinate the development and implementation of its maintenance <br />program with the City. <br />5. LTD will carry out the following maintenance program to ensure that the <br />appearance and character of the improved project area are maintained: <br />Eugene Mall Transit Station <br />Clean glazing on display case one time per week. <br />Remove graffiti on concrete columns as needed using Acrylic Antigraffiti <br />Coating. <br />Replace flourescent light tubes as needed. <br />Touch-up all painted surfaces, up-to two times per year. <br />Clean gutters no less than two times per year. <br />Clean exterior of roof structure two times per year. <br />Clean interior of roof structure two times per year.. <br />EXHIBIT B--Responsibilities of Parties--Page 1 of 3 <br />
