Trevor. I took a crack at formulating a 2010 TA contract scope based on our meeting last <br />week. This scope is about $20,000 less than last year's contract. As you know, I'd love to <br />include funding to complete the SB Management Plan, but it sounds like we need to hold off on <br />that for now, so I did not include that task. I will try to incorporate the staff comments <br />on the draft plan narrative with the remaining CY 2009 funds so its ready to go when funding <br />is available. While its fresh in my mind, here's my proposal for how I'd propose using the <br />remaining CY09 contract funds. We have a total of $7,194 remaining. <br />$1,500: Spencer Butte Management Plan Edits <br />* Incorporate text edits so we have a more complete draft <br />$3,194: Spencer Butte Summit Trail Outreach <br />* Line out a proposal for outreach related to the trail upgrade on the summit <br />* Work with POS Planning and NR (Trevor, Philip, Neil, Eric) to finalize approach <br />* Start to move forward with approach (develop survey, determine alternative approaches, <br />etc.) <br />$2,500: Annual Report <br />* Develop TOC and content for the '09 report. I would see this as a transition year on <br />this. I really like the idea of developing a yearly progress report on the Rivers to Ridges <br />partnership once that is formalized, with a chapter or section on the WEW program to replace <br />the WEW AR <br />* Begin writing as funds permit <br />How does this sound? <br />Once I hear back from you on this, I'll take a shot at a draft scope for the CY '10 contract. <br />Thanks much.
