This grant will fund planting and establishing native trees, <br />shrubs, sedges, and rushes on 13.5 acres of riparian habitat and controlling invasive <br />species on 40 acres of riparian habitat. This work will complement the just - <br />completed riparian slope construction work that the City and the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers implemented at Delta Ponds this past summer, plus additional planting <br />work funded by a grant from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. <br />This work funded by this grant will be completed under GJN 100011 (Delta Ponds <br />OWEB Grant).
