Funding
for this contract with Heritage Seedlings is through the West Eugene Wetlands mitigation
bank. The original agreement was for a five year term, which would expire in October.
This amendment (1) extends the agreement for the first of five potential one -year
extensions, (2) changes the price structure from a per -task pricing to one based on pounds of
seed produced, (3) allows the pricing structure to encompass 2 years of seed yield, and (4)
specifies a more stringent level of purity for the seed produced by Heritage.
When you are done signing the contract, please return it to Kris Aanderud, Public Works,
Parks and Open Space Division, at 1820 Roosevelt, x4966.
