Inspection & Acceptance of Work:
Work may be inspected in progress and shall be inspected upon completion by City
Parks Maintenance Manager or designated City Parks staff who will determine if the
work completed is acceptable or requires modification.
Billing and Reporting:
Lane County Youth Services will bill the City Quarterly for services rendered based on
completion of the work product and contract terms above. Lane County will provide
designated City Parks staff with daily report of work progress, location, number of youth
and supervisors and other information relevant to the work performed. Daily reports will
be submitted via e-mail.
Restitution:
No funds are available for restitution payments, as total funds from this contract are
needed to pay for a portion of the supervisor wages and benefits. However, at the
discretion of the Community Service Program Manager, youth may earn restitution for
payment to victims from other DYS set aside for that purpose.
