Exhibit B <br />Scope of Services <br />Supervised youth work crew services in accordance to agreed upon schedule <br />throughout contract term except for scheduled time off as allowed in applicable Lane <br />County labor relations contract, in exchange upon hourly compensation up to $50,000 <br />per fiscal year, July 1, 2004 — June 30, 2005, throughout the term of this agreement. <br />Services to be Provided: <br />Various park and natural area maintenance projects as identified by the City Parks <br />Maintenance Manager, including selective removal of invasive exotic plant species, trail <br />construction or maintenance, fence construction or maintenance, spreading mulches, <br />landscape maintenance, debris and litter removal, maintenance of tree rings, walkway <br />edging, cutting and stacking of brush, graffiti removal, mowing and weed eating of <br />grass, and similar or related tasks as required. <br />Pav Schedule /Dav: <br />Rate: 8 hour day @ $7.00 per hour /youth <br />■ 3 youth = $168.00 /day <br />■ 4 youth = $224.00 /day <br />■ 5 youth = $280.00 /day <br />■ 6 youth = $336.00 /day <br />■ 7 youth = $392.00 /day <br />Rate: 8 hour day @ $24.00 per hour /supervisor <br />Crew size will not be less than 3 youth and a supervisor, and no more than 7 youth and <br />a supervisor. <br />Work Schedule: <br />July — June Saturday — Sunday <br />* Must provide crew for' /2 day on Fridays prior to all home U of O football games for <br />debris clean -up. <br />Location of Work: <br />City park lands and /or Youth Sports Park facilities jointly managed by the City and <br />Eugene School District 4J, or other public properties as directed by the City Parks <br />Maintenance Manager or designated City Parks staff. <br />
