Either can work, it's just up to the budget manager.
Mia Cariaga, CPPB
City of Eugene
Central Services /Purchasing
100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400
Eugene, OR 97401
541.682.5056
541.682.6233 fax
Mia.CariaoaCabci.euoene.or.us
From: AANDERUD Kris
Sent: Monday, April 10, 2006 9:38 AM
To: CARIAGA Mia
Subject: RE: Change order ? ??
Great - thanks. If I extend the contract with an
amendment but use the current PO - I would then attach the change order for Purchasing... is that correct? The CO
would be in addition to the amendment extending the contract for 1 year and amending the rate /hour for both youth
and their supervisor. Does this look ok? Am I missing anything?
Is there any preference to using a new requisition /PO for the new amendment or issuing a CO for the current PO?
Thanks for your assistance. Kris
1
