These are contracts we established which will run the course of the project;— one is an agreement with all <br />metro partners and the Corps that includes commitments about funding split between the "federal" and "local" <br />participants (FCSA), and the other is an IGA only with our metro partners which describes how we will split <br />responsibility for funds among ourselves for the "local" share of the costs. I would assume that they are related to the <br />04 -00216 contract, and that they are still in effect (since they run the duration of the multi -year project). <br />Thanks! Not sure how to proceed. Canal assume these contracts are <br />related to contract 2004 -00216 with LCOG for the Corps Metro Waterways Study and that they are still in <br />effect?
