The letter, <br />which accompanied the grant money in the form of a check fnr $3,500 is dated January 24, 2003, and is addressed to Lacey. <br />Carrie doesn't believe that the contract file is in Planning but will check. I just re -read my original note to you and noticed to my <br />embarrassment that I omitted one digit from the contract number. The complete contract number is 2003 - 05321. If you still cannot <br />find the file, please check with Lacey. She may have it. <br />Whether or not we find the file, I need a report of all expenditures from the grant fund. That information should exist in the form of <br />computer records. Could you run that report for me? It looks as if we haven't had it for a while now. (There should be only a few dollars left after we pay for* this <br />last purchase.) I can apply for additional grant money. I can supply a list of projected expenditures to OCF but will need help in <br />listing all the expenditures that we made from the current grant. I'll check our files. We should have at least some of the reccipts. <br />However, Please check your file for Contract Number 2003 -0532. The original grant, I believe, was for $3,500. Please confirm <br />that.
