At this time the City of Eugene <br />Parks and Open Space Division would like to open a discussion to rectify the billing discrepancy and amend <br />Contract No. 1997 - 00410. This amendment reflects the current value for the Amazon Station land and <br />requests that LTD assume all landscape maintenance duties at this site beginning January 1, 2010. <br />Attached to this email you will find Amendment #1 for this contact. We believe this document reflects the <br />current amount due.
