AUTHORITY, PURPOSE, OBJECTIVE, AND MANAGEMENT GOAL <br />2 <br />A. he authority for the Service to enter into this voluntary Conservation Agreement <br />crives from the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended; the Fish and Wildlife <br />ct of 1956, as amended; and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, as amended. <br />B. he purpose of this agreement is to formally document the intent of the cooperators to <br />rotect and conserve ONHP's List 1 species and their habitat at Amazon Park, <br />ugene, Oregon. <br />C. rhe objective of this agreement is to provide a means for protection.and conservation <br />of ONHP's List 1 species and their habitat at Amazon Park. <br />D. The management goal of this agreement is to stabilize or increase the population, <br />uitable habitat and actual range of Bradshaw's lomatium and other species found <br />hich are included on the ONHP List 1 of rare native species. A decline of 35 <br />ercent or more than in any one year from the most recent survey for any <br />ubpopulations will initiate a review of population status and determine whether there <br />s a need for management action.
