In an attempt to figure <br />out the stat us of CCI's agreement with the City I called CCI and talked with Michelle Lang. She informed <br />me that they had been having some problems in keeping with their schedule to move to the Thomason Lane <br />property. According to a memo from you in 1997, their contract gave them until Feb. 1, 2001 to relocate to <br />the Thomason Lane property. 5he indicated that Debra Delegato has been in contact with you recently <br />regarding this agreement.
