r � <br />19 7 � <br />TO: Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />500 East Fourth Avenue <br />Eugene, Oregon <br />SUBJECT: Application and agreement for Underground ' <br />Distribution Facilities <br />Gentlemen:. <br />It is'our desire and understanding that underground electric facilities <br />be provided for Washington- Jefferson City Park <br />located between Washington. &.Jefferson Sts. - W. ist Ave & W Ave <br />in accordance with EWEB's rules and regulations for commercial underground <br />distribution and the attached Sketch No. 14431 <br />We will provide, iat no cost to EWER, such items as shown: on Sketch - <br />No. 14431 , under "Customer Responsibility ", as our participation <br />in the excess cost of the underground in excess of EWEB's normal overhead <br />system costs.. <br />EWEB will assume ownership.of and maintenance responsibilities for <br />all the underground system except the service facilities from I the. . <br />transformer secondary terminals.
