Simpson <br />25635 Jeans Road <br />Veneta OR 97487 <br />0 <br />Re: City of Eugene Contract # 2007 -05353 - Spring Knoll Phase IV Subdivision <br />Street Tree Plan for Spring Knoll Phase IV Subdivision (PDF 06 -2) <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Simpson, <br />As we agreed over the phone earlier today, you will bring into the office for me a <br />cashier's check for $2,640.00 made out to the City of Eugene. We also agreed that you <br />would remove the nine street trees and their stumps on Wendell Lane that we marked <br />with white dots of paint during our walk - through in November. You will do this by the <br />end of February, 2010. I will give you a letter from Johnny Medlin, Director of the <br />Parks and Open Space Division, which authorizes release of all funds in the escrow <br />account you set up in 2006 with Umpqua Bank. <br />With these actions, your obligations under the contract above are fulfilled.
