Simpson. An assignment of the CD to the City of Eugene for the <br />original amount, $11,997.20, was developed to provide a financial guarantee <br />that street trees would be planted in the Spring Knoll Phase IV subdivision (City <br />of Eugene Contract # 2007 - 05353). <br />Those obligations have been fulfilled.
