He has the paperwork drawn up and Max should be signing the <br />paperwork today or tomorrow morning at the latest. He will then mail the packet over... I can have him fax a copy as well if <br />you need it more quickly, just let me. know. <br />Selco wanted to deal with the penalty issue by agreeing to waive any penalties if the funds are withdrawn before the <br />maturity date. There will be a signed document in the packet stating the waiver.
