This insurance "shall protect the City and <br />Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver to (the) City <br />certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not <br />be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. " <br />The certificate of insurance you provided the City has expired. We have attempted to <br />contact the insurance carrier and have been told that you no longer hold insurance <br />coverage with this provider. It is necessary that you provide the City with a current <br />certificate of insurance, as required by the contract: <br />Please ask your insurance provider to reference both the contract number and <br />development referenced above and to name the City of Eugene as the certificate holder. <br />The certificate of insurance may be faxed Attn: Contract Manager to 541- 682 -4882 or <br />may be sent to Contract Manager, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene.
