This insurance "shall protect the City and <br />Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver to (the) City <br />certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not <br />!be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. " <br />You provided the City with a certificate of insurance when the contract was first <br />'executed. However, we have not received an updated certificate of insurance since that <br />time.. Please request that a current certificate of insurance be forwarded to the City of <br />Eugene. Please ask your insurance provider to reference both the contract number and <br />development referenced above and to name the City as the certificate holder.
