These fields are created to manage a grant. The revenue account is required to specifically
indentify the proceeds received from the grantor. The grant number is needed to account for
expenditures chargeable against the grant. An activity number was assigned because this grant
requires matching funds. Work types are used to track staff hours.
Grant Title: FranklinTraffControllerUpgrade
Grant Description:
This project will improve twelve traffic control systems on Franklin Boulevard, a key arterial in Eugene and the backbone for
providing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service to the community, achieving many of the benefits of light rail.
The project will upgrade obsolete model 170 traffic controllers with 2070 controllers using Oregon State approved signal software,
which has advanced capabilities for traffic management. In addition, the project includes controller installation, communications
upgrades, software programming and traffic signal retiming.
Grant Amount: $40,375
Match Amount: $4,625
Total Project Cost: $45,000
Revenue Account: 43350
Grant Number: 350
Activity Number: 360350
Fund/DVSW: 131-9426
Complete Account Code String 131-9426-XXXXX-360350-350
Page 1 of 2
