io. <br />Page Two <br />Mr. Kurt Cory <br />Any neighborhood request or petition to bring about substantial change to Arcadia <br />Drive is highly unlikely. Previous attempts have met with resounding failure. Many <br />of the properties on Arcadia Drive are rentals. Renters will have no stake in the <br />process and rental property owners vote `no' on everything. <br />All residences on Arcadia Drive from Harlow Road north to the Meltebeke homes <br />and all residences east of Arcadia Drive must use Arcadia Drive to exit the <br />neighborhood. If this does this not qualify Arcadia Drive to be designated a <br />_ collector street, what does? Is it chiseled in concrete somewhere that a _ <br />neighborhood is restricted to a single collector street? <br />We will appreciate your response to our concerns.
