This has been revised to incorporate comments made by the <br />Eugene City attorney. Since we discussed the agreement, EWEB has changed the name <br />of our program from "Energy Share," to "Customer Care," and has been reflected in the <br />MOU. <br />Again, EWEB gratefully acknowledges the City's participation in this program that <br />provides assistance to low income households. Your additional support will help reduce <br />homelessness in our community and provide comfort to many customers currently unable <br />to pay their utility bills. <br />Please sign both copies of this agreement and return one to me in the stamped envelope <br />provided. <br />/ rely, <br />andy L.
