The Contractor shall <br />deliver salvaged aluminum frames and covers to City of Eugene Public Works <br />Maintenance, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., during normal business days, between the <br />hours of 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. The Contractor shall call 541-682-4838 one (1) <br />business day prior to delivery to coordinate with City staff. <br />00490.48 Adjusting Boxes, Cleanout Lids and Similar Structures <br />(ADD) Adjust water valve boxes in accordance with EWEB specifications attached. <br />00490.90 Unit Basis <br />(ADD) The bid items "MH REM/REPL FRAME/COVER-WW" and MH REM/REPL <br />FRAME/COVER-ST" are for material and procurement costs only. Removal and <br />replacement of manhole frames and lids shall be performed during the manhole <br />adjustment operation and payment for this Work shall be included in the <br />applicable bid item for adjustment of manholes. <br />Payment for items (a) and (d) shall be payment in full for all Work required at <br />each location, including lowering, regardless of the number of separate <br />operations performed. <br />00495.90 Payment - <br />(ADD) Replacing asphalt pavement for trench resurfacing will be paid as WMAC <br />according to 00745.90. <br />Special Provisions Job #4586 Paqe 9 <br />
