All side <br />streets shall be open during non-work hours. <br />The contractor shall provide access to all business and residential driveways <br />throughout the work. Delays of 15 minutes shall be allowed at driveways to <br />complete current task and provide safe access. The contractor shall notify all <br />homes within 400'(1 block) of the work taking place at 17th and Villard 3 <br />calendar days in advance of work beginning with door hangers. Hangers shall <br />have a schedule of work, anticipated delays and contractors contact <br />information. Submit door hangers 5 calendar days prior to hanging for <br />approval. The contractor shall make direct contact with residents adjacent to <br />the work 24 hours of any work beginning. <br />The contractor shall provide access to the driveway of the knight Law Center <br />at all times accept when trench or trench surfacing work is being performed in <br />front of the driveway. A schedule of closures to this driveway shall be <br />provided to the Law Center administration office 5 days and then 24 hours <br />prior to any closures. Access to the Law Center driveway across the trench <br />shall be on either steel plates, filled and cold patched trench, or final <br />resurfacing. <br />• The contractor shall provide five (5) business days prior notification to the <br />University of Oregon Mark Henry 541-346-2243 for all activities which will <br />affect their operations or the adjacent properties to the project. The contractor <br />shall also notify University of Oregon on a daily basis of specific Work <br />activities, location, and schedule. <br />When construction requires the closure of a sidewalk or sidewalk ramp, place <br />a Type "W1" "SIDEWALK CLOSED" (OR22-12-533) sign at each point of <br />closure.
